Thrive Lights is the US leader for the Global Stoplight movement, a partnership of more than 850 organizations that utilize the Stoplight self-assessment tool and methodology to support people on their pathways to thriving.

Through an easy-to-use technology platform, the Thrive Lights tool offers a guided self-assessment that gives participants a clear picture of where they are today. It helps them identify their strengths, recognize their challenges, and develop practical actions tailored to their unique circumstances. It’s not about prescribing answers—it’s about equipping participants with the tools to take charge of their own progress and well-being.

Thrive Lights is part of the Global Stoplight Network, a diverse network of partners — including government agencies, private companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profits, cooperatives, microfinance organizations, academic institutions, and sports clubs —who are all committed to supporting people on their journey to thrive.
